Ingredients for about 4 cups of 250-300 ml capacity:

For the batter:

100 g dark chocolate
80 g butter
3 eggs (M)
80 g sugar
1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar
50 g crème fraîche
2 teaspoons cocoa for baking
120 g flour
2 level teaspoons baking powder
8 pieces of grape-nut chocolate (50 g)

Also:

some grapes
1 egg white
some sugar

Preparation:

1. Break the chocolate into pieces and divide the butter into pieces. Put both in a bowl and melt on a hot water bath while stirring. Leave to cool.

2. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir in crème fraîche and chocolate mixture. Mix cocoa with flour and baking powder and stir in quickly.

3. Grease cups well. Fill each cup halfway with batter, top each with 2 pieces of chocolate and cover with remaining batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees (gas: level 2-3, convection oven: 160 degrees) for about 20 minutes.

4. Rinse the grapes and pat dry. Brush with egg white and roll in sugar. Garnish the cakes with the grapes. Best served lukewarm.
