Chicory salad with figs, goat cheese and honey-rosemary vinaigrette

Ingredients for 4 people:

2 chicory
4 fresh figs
120 g goat cheese
1 small sprig of rosemary
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
1 pinch of salt
½ tsp crushed pink pepper

Preparation:

1. Clean chicory, cut in half and loosen leaves. Rinse figs and cut into quarters.
Cut goat cheese into pieces.

2. Rinse rosemary, pat dry and remove needles. Lightly heat olive oil and sauté rosemary briefly. Remove rosemary from oil with a fork and place on a paper towel. Mix olive oil with lemon juice and honey. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Arrange chicory, figs and goat cheese on plates. Pour the marinade over the
the marinade.

Serve with sesame sticks.
