Former President Donald Trump’s legal aide, Garrett Ziegler, is now being sued by President Joe Biden‘s son, Hunter Biden.

The lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, was brought on by Ziegler’s alleged use of private materials retrieved from Hunter’s personal laptop and states that Ziegler, along with his company, Marco Polo and ten others, were in violation of computer fraud and data access laws.

In addition to being a former Trump aide, Ziegler is known for actively targeting Hunter’s past and maintaining a website dedicated to Hunter’s ruin.

“Defendant Ziegler has devoted most of his waking time and energy to accessing, tampering with, manipulating, altering, copying and otherwise using data contained on a copy of a hard drive,” the lawsuit states.

It also states that Ziegler and those named in the lawsuit “have, to at least some extent, accessed, tampered with, manipulated, altered, copied and damaged Plaintiff’s data, and that their actions are illegal, unauthorized, and without Plaintiff’s consent.”

The hard drive in question that Ziegler allegedly copied was taken from Hunter’s personal laptop, which he had left at a Delaware computer repair shop. After years of vague answers as to whether the laptop was his or not, Hunter admitted earlier this year that the laptop was, in fact, his.

On Thursday, Hunter was indicted on an unrelated gun charge in Delaware.
