Donald Trump was mocked on social media for stating that President Joe Biden would lead the U.S. into “World War II” if he is reelected.

He repeatedly called Biden “cognitively impaired,” as he made numerous gaffes in his speech.

During the Pray Vote Stand Summit in Washinton, D.C., Trump stated, “We have a man who is totally corrupt and the worst president in the history of our country, who is cognitively impaired, in no condition to lead, and is now in charge of dealing with Russia and possible nuclear war.”

He continued, “We would be in World War II,” which ran from 1939 to 1945.

Later on in his speech, Trump made more mistakes as he mixed up former President Barack Obama and Biden when speaking about who he ran against.

Trump stated, “As you know, crooked Joe Biden and the radical left thugs have weaponized law enforcement to arrest their leading political opponent, and leading by a lot, including Obama — I’ll tell you what.”

When speaking about the 2016 election, Trump mistakenly suggested that Obama lost to him, which he later corrected as Hillary Clinton

Due to these multiple mistakes, many have raised their doubts about Trump’s own mental fitness and his age. In the past, media attention has focused on concerns with Biden’s age, who is already the oldest person to be president. Trump is currently not far behind him with only a three-year difference.

“Trump calls Biden ‘cognitively impaired,’ then the ‘stable genius’ claims that Biden would take us into World War TWO. I’m thinkin’ Trump might be the one who’s cognitively impaired. I would even go so far as to say that he’s criminally insane,” one X user wrote.

Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-Florida) shared that he believes Trump, “is too old and incoherent, also appears to be going blind.”

Another comment came from Tristan Snell, a commentator for MSNBC and lawyer, who stated, “Last night, Donald Trump said he’s leading ‘Obama’ in the polls — and claimed if elected he will stop ‘World War Two.’ But sure, tell me again how Joe Biden is the candidate who’s too old and slow.”
