Meatballs with Asian touch

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 stale bread roll
1 onion
1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
½ bunch of coriander
400 g mixed minced meat
1 egg
salt
pepper
1 package (400 g) mini potato dumplings (ready-made)
2-3 tablespoons oil
4 tablespoons sweet and sour asia sauce

Also:

Lemon peel and coriander for garnish

Preparation:

1. Soak buns in cold water. Peel onion and ginger, cut into very fine cubes. Wash cilantro, shake dry and chop finely. Knead the squeezed roll, minced meat, egg and the rest of the prepared ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and form into small balls.

2. Put mini - dumplings in boiling salted water and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes. Drain and drip off.

3. Heat oil. Fry meatballs in it over medium heat for about 5 minutes on all sides. Add dumplings, fry for another 2 minutes. Add the Asian sauce to the frying fat. Toss dumplings and meatballs in it.

4. Serve garnished with fine strips of lemon peel and coriander.
