During a Sunday Night Football Game against the New York Jets, Patrick Mahomes threw his 200th touchdown pass. He reached this milestone in his 84th game, where he broke Dan Marino’s NFL record.

Mahomes threw to Noah Gray on a 34-yard touchdown, giving the Chiefs a 17-0 lead against the New York Jets with less than four minutes left in the first quarter.

Marino, who previously held the record, took 89 games to reach 200 NFL touchdowns.

Last week, Mahomes hit 25,000 yards passing during Kansas City’s win over Chicago. He achieved this in 83 games, faster than Matthew Stafford’s record.
