Yogurt coconut jelly with berries

Ingredients for 4 people:

6 sheets white gelatine
300 g yogurt,1,5 g fat
125 ml coconut milk
50 ml coconut syrup
grated peel of 1 organic lime
Also:
250 g mixed berries
1 sachet vanilla sugar
4 tsp. grated coconut

Preparation:

1. Soak gelatin in cold water for about 5 minutes. Mix yogurt with coconut milk,
coconut syrup and lime zest. Place gelatin, dripping wet, in a saucepan and dissolve over medium heat. Mix with some of the yogurt mixture, then stir into the remaining yogurt mixture. Rinse 4 ramekins (approx. 150 ml capacity) and fill them with the yogurt mixture. Refrigerate for about 6 hours in the refrigerator.

2. Sort berries and mix with vanilla sugar. Allow to infuse for 30 minutes.

3. Briefly dip the ramekins in hot water. Loosen jelly rim with a pointed knife and turn the jelly out onto a plate. Arrange berries around and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
