Colorful tortellini salad

Ingredients for 1 person:

60 g dry tortellini (with cheese filling)
salt
1 tomato
1 mini cucumber
1 yellow bell pepper
1 slice of young Gouda (30 g)
1 small slice of cooked ham (25 g)
Cling film

For the dressing:

125 g yogurt, low fat
5 tablespoons vegetable broth (instant)
salt, pepper
½ tsp curry
some lemon juice
1 tablespoon chive rolls

Preparation:

1. Cook tortellini in salted water according to package directions. Drain, rinse
rinse and drain well.

2. Rinse the tomato, cut out the stalk and dice the tomato. Rinse and dice the cucumber. Quarter, clean, rinse and cut bell pepper into short strips. Cut Gouda and ham into strips and wrap in plastic wrap.

3. Mix yogurt with broth. Add salt, pepper, curry, lemon juice and chives. Mix half of the dressing with the tortellini and put in a sealable can. Spread vegetables on top. Pour the remaining dressing in a well-sealed jar. Mix the salad with the dressing just before serving.
