Mug Cake with almonds and strawberries

Ingredients for 2 people:

50 g soft butter
40 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 eggs (M)
4 tablespoons buttermilk drink orange-mango
75 g ground almonds (flaked)
30 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Also:

150 g strawberries
1 packet vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons chopped pistachios

Preparation:

1. Cream butter until creamy. Gradually stir in sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and buttermilk drink. Mix almonds with flour and baking powder and stir in quickly.

2. Pour the batter into greased coffee mugs. Bake in preheated oven at 160 degrees (gas: level 2, convection oven: 140 degrees) for approx. 30 minutes. Allow to cool.

3. Rinse, clean and chop the strawberries. Mix with vanilla sugar and pistachios. Place on top of the Mug Cakes.

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes + cooling time.
