Ingredients for 8 pieces:

125 g soft butter
75 g sugar
1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar
2 eggs (M)
200 g flour
2 tsp. baking powder
about 200-250 ml milk
Also:
500 ml whipped cream
2 tsp sugar
2 packets of cream stiffener
500 g plum puree

Preparation:

1. Mix soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add eggs one by one and stir in. Stir each egg for at least 2 minutes. Mix flour and baking powder and add to the batter with the milk and stir to combine.

2. Preheat a waffle iron. Bake 4 waffles from the batter, one at a time. Let the waffles cool on a cooling rack.

3. In the meantime, whip the cream until stiff, adding the sugar and cream stiffener. Fill cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped nozzle. Spread the waffles one by one first with plum jam and then sprinkle with cream. Place the waffles on top of each other so that a wafer tower is formed. Serve the cake immediately.

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes (without cooling time)
