Stuffed cannelloni

Ingredients for 4 people:

350 g mixed minced meat
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
1/2 bunch oregano
4 tbsp chunky tomatoes (from the packet)
1 tsp pickled green peppercorns
Salt
pepper
16 cannelloni
250 g ricotta or cream cheese
3/8 l milk
4 tbsp grated parmesan

Preparation:

1. Fry the minced meat in hot oil. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Add and fry. Pluck the oregano leaves from the stalks and mix in. Add the chopped tomatoes and green pepper and cook for 5 minutes, stirring for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the cannelloni with it.

2. Mix the ricotta with the milk and season with salt and pepper.

3. Place the cannelloni in a greased baking dish. Arrange the remaining tomatoes around it. Pour in the ricotta milk and sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in the oven at 200°C (gas mark 3/circulating air 180°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
