Skewers with chicken wrapped in ham and spring onions with cucumber vegetables

Ingredients for 4 people:

4 6 spring onions
2 large cucumbers
600 g chicken breast
80 g beef ham
2 tbsp oil
Sea salt
Pepper
2 tbsp butter
Herb salt
6 tbsp cream
1 bunch dill, finely chopped

Preparation:

1. Clean and wash the spring onions, dice the whites and cut the greens into small rolls. Peel the cucumber, cut into quarters lengthwise and dice.

2. Cut the meat into cubes and the ham into strips. Wrap the strips of ham around the meat. Alternate the pieces of meat and the green on skewers, brush with oil and season with salt and pepper.

3. Brush a grill pan with the remaining oil, heat it and fry the skewers for about 8-10 minutes.

4. Fry the onion cubes in a pan with butter until translucent. Add the diced cucumber and stir-fry for 8 to 10 minutes. Season with the herb salt, stir in the cream and dill. Serve with the meat skewers.
