Prawns - lemon - skewers with sesame dip

Ingredients for 4 pieces:

1 clove of garlic
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp lemon juice
salt, pepper
4 prawn tails (approx. 100 g each, without intestines, with shell)
1 tbsp sesame seeds
3 tbsp salad mayonnaise
2 tbsp crème fraîche
1 untreated lemon
Also:
4 wooden shish kebabs

Preparation:

1. Place wooden skewers in water. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Mix with oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Wash the prawns carefully. Drizzle with the marinade and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds and leave to cool. Mix the mayonnaise, crème fraîche and sesame seeds.

4. Wash the lemon and cut it into thick pieces. Place each on a well-watered skewer with a prawn.

5. Grill on a hot grill for approx. 7 minutes, turning. Serve with the sesame dip.

Preparation time approx. 30 minutes (without waiting time)
