Bean salad with pulled pork

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 pack (550 g) Pulled Pork
500 g green beans
Salt
2 tomatoes
2 red onions
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
juice of 1/2 orange
4 tsp honey mustard
3 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch of sugar
Pepper from the mill

Preparation:

1. Prepare Pulled Pork in the oven according to the package instructions.

2. Rinse and clean the beans and boil in salted water for approx. 8-10 minutes.

3. Rinse and clean the tomatoes and cut into slices. Peel the onions and
and cut into rings.

4. Mix vinegar with orange juice, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper. Drain the beans and rinse in cold water. Drain well. Break up the pulled pork with a fork.

5. Mix the beans, onions and tomatoes with the vinaigrette. Serve bean salad with Pulled Pork.

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes
