Mushroom pan with bacon medallions

Ingredients for 4 people:

600 g mushrooms
1 bunch of spring onions
800 pork tenderloin
8 slices of breakfast bacon (bacon)
2 tablespoons oil
salt, steak pepper
250 g cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

1. Clean mushrooms and cut in half according to size. Leek onions, clean and cut into pieces.

2. Cut pork tenderloin into 8 small medallions. Wrap each with a slice of bacon. Heat oil in a large frying pan. Fry the medallions briefly on both sides. Season with salt and steak pepper. Remove and keep warm.

3. Fry mushrooms and spring onions in the frying fat for approx. 5 minutes. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes or quarter them. Add to the vegetables and season with salt and pepper. Place medallions on top, cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Serve with baguette.
