This event is the 6th cross-hotel fair of "Oriental Hotels & Resorts" and is held at three facilities: Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay (Chiba Prefecture), Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel (Hyogo Prefecture), and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa (Okinawa Prefecture). will be held simultaneously. Among them, Kobe Meriken Park Oriental Hotel renovated its restaurant for the first time in 18 years in December 2023 and was reborn as Terrace & Dining "ALL FLAGS." Located in a location surrounded by 270 degrees of ocean, our restaurant offers large windows overlooking the ocean, making you feel like you're on a Mediterranean cruise.

At the venue, we have a lineup of dishes that intertwine the majestic sea of the Mediterranean Sea, the blessings of the earth, and the cultures and traditions of each country. Known as a local dish of the Andalusia region, ``Flamenca Egg'' is a mixture of colorful vegetables, jamon (ham), and soft-boiled eggs that resembles a flamenco dancer's costume, and ``Flamenca Egg'' is a dish made with seafood boldly stewed to bring out the flavor. "Aqua Pazza" and "Mediterranean Meatballs", full of spices and filling, will instantly make you feel like you're in the Mediterranean when you pair them with a refreshing yogurt sauce. At Oriental Hotel Tokyo Bay and Oriental Hotel Okinawa Resort & Spa, you can also enjoy it sandwiched between pita bread. According to one theory, ``Greek-style farro salad'' is made by adding feta cheese and tomatoes to ``spelt'', which is said to have been cultivated for about 7,000 years and is the precursor to wheat, and ``Beets and Orange'' is made with beets and blood oranges. You can also enjoy all-you-can-eat unique menu items that are hard to find in Japan, such as "Salad".
