TV star ‘puts family first’ as estranged hubby faces ‘conflict' in real estate world

Although Mauricio Umansky’s Agency is set to rake in billions of dollars from its listings in the all-new season 2, there’s drama brewing around every corner, per the show’s trailer. With just days before the new episodes drop, Buying Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards is spending time “out and about” and putting “family first.”

Although Real Housewives of Beverly Hills fans have been privy to what goes on in Mauricio Umansky and Kyle Richards’ lives via the Bravo show, Buying Beverly Hills arrived two years ago giving more scope on the family and its real estate business. Despite having huge success in the realty field, there’s “stress” and potential “business suicide” on the table this season for Mo and his co-stars.

‘Stress’ in store on Buying Beverly Hills

Last year, news of Mauricio Umanksy and Kyle Richards‘ separation came to light.

Now, details of the reality stars’ love life are being laid bare in the all-new season of Buying Beverly Hills.

Speaking during the Netflix show’s trailer, Mauricio tells his daughters: “I had an amazing 26 years with your mom. I wanted to do everything possible to just save it. Your mom came and she talked to me and said she needed space.”

Another clip sees Mo and Kyle talking together, and he says: “I’ve been so stressed and the travel obviously affects us.”

More snippets see Kyle saying: “We wanted to have this conversation when we were all together for obvious reasons… I’m really sorry you guys.”

Mauricio also tells a co-star: “She wanted the separation” before he’s asked: “How will this affect the business?”

Kyle’s ‘out and about’ putting ‘family first’

With the Buying Beverly Hills season 2 reunion looming, Kyle is taking to Instagram to share she’s “out and about.”

Carlos King commented on her post: “Family first,” as she’s pictured alongside her sister, Kathy Hilton.

The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills star received backlash for her appearance at the Bravo show’s reunion this year as she was “unwilling to share details” of her life during the episodes.

Many fans take to the comments of her totally unrelated post to share their thoughts on her reunion appearance.

One fan wrote via X (Twitter): “Kyle Richards just had what can arguably be considered the worst first chair performance of all time.”

However, some jumped to Kyle’s defense, urging her to “live her best life.”

The star has been batting off romance rumors since her separation from Mauricio was first announced. And now, fans are eager to know more about the couple’s marriage.

While Kyle may have been keeping quiet, her sister, Kathy, was “spilling tea” on the former couple’s marriage in the space of “one minute,” according to fans.

‘Conflict’ at The Agency

As well as dealing with their marriage breakdown, Mauricio and Kyle face drama in their family business, too.

Speaking during the Buying Beverly Hills season 2 trailer, Mo says of The Agency: “Just like every family, there’s conflict.”

The trailer cuts to snippets of the season which sees the realtors butting heads, and some calling others out as “liars.”

Tensions don’t stop there, either, after Mauricio hit the headlines this March calling out Rick Hilton for a “sour decision” that led to family drama.

Speaking in a confessional on the show, Mo said: “I think Hilton and Hyland is an amazing company and I would never be caught dead speaking poorly about them as I don’t think poorly about them.”

He added how Kyle suffered from the “sour” situation as a rift was caused in her family. He added: “She stood by me, and at the end of the day, I needed that.”
