The owner, Fusa, is a former sushi chef, but he opened Kaisen Izakaya Fusa because he wanted more people to be able to enjoy the food he makes.
Every dish that Fusa makes is said to be delicious.
In addition to fresh sashimi and sushi, the restaurant also serves a variety of small dishes that change daily and are all very elaborate. The shumai, which is handmade every day, is a must-have item among regular customers.

The landlady is mainly in charge of customer service.
The proprietress proactively talks to customers and engages in casual conversation, making her feel like a mother, and I feel at home. It's nice to be able to ask the waiter for recommendations at a restaurant with a large number of menu items.

The word "Izakaya" in the restaurant's name seem a bit odd when you see in kanji.
Normally it is called 居酒「屋」 (izakaya), but at Fusa they use the character 居酒「家」. 家 means home.
"We want this place to be like a home where everyone can gather," say Fusa and the proprietress.
While enjoying Fusa's delicious food and alcohol, you can enjoy casual conversation with the landlady and locals. Fusa Kaisen Izakaya has already become a "home" for the kindhearted people of Fuse.
