Inside Amber Gill’s weight loss

Amber Gill dropped a stone and a half in six weeks three years before joining Underdog: Josh Must Win, and has maintained her bikini body transformation ever since.

All she done was follow a strict fitness routine which she set up herself. Amber is now running her own fitness program for anyone inspired by her journey, including a six-week gym plan!

She decided to put her health first by eating healthier and exercising, after putting a pair of size 10 jeans on and finding they were too tight, having put on 17lb in the lockdown.

Amber believes her weight loss helped clear her psoriasis, a skin condition that causes flaky patches of skin, as well as an improvement to her mental health and hair health.

She wrote on Instagram, “My skin, my hair, everything started improving, I’m pretty sure it even helped clear my psoriasis. And honestly I feel so much better for it.”

She still ate pancakes and cheese

Amber was able to drop a stone and a half in six weeks while still eating two of the most incredible foods in the world: pancakes and cheese. It’s all about moderation, as they say!

She didn’t have to resort to extreme dieting and says she doesn’t believe in fad diets. Amber ate everything from avocado on toast to banana bread, tomato courgetti, and soup.
