Cheer star Jerry Harris has been urged to pay $136K as soon as possible to his victims while he serves a 12-year prison sentence. The Netflix cheerleader was first found guilty and sent to jail in 2022.
The Netflix star pled guilty to one count of receipt of child images and one count of traveling with intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct. Now, five of the Cheer star’s victims will receive destitution.

Harris was sentenced to 12 years in prison in July 2022 after pleading guilty to one count of receipt of child images and one count of traveling with the intent to engage in illicit sexual conduct.
As revealed in the latest season of Cheer on Netflix, he was “one of the show’s break-out stars” who was handed a 12-year sentence two years ago.
He received a US District Court indictment in December 2020. Prosecutors accused Harris of possessing explicit material alongside traveling across state lines to meet a 15-year-old.
Harris allegedly used Snapchat to chat with one minor where he asked for photos and videos. The reality star offered to pay $2,000 for the material.
On May 2, 2019, a court heard Harris traveled from Texas to Florida to meet a minor. In court documents, the government said Harris met the child in a bathroom, where he proceeded to assault him.
Ordered to pay minor victims
The restitution was disclosed in legal documents filed on February 8 that went undetected until now. Radar reports Harris is on the hook for $136,348.76 “due immediately,” Radar reports.
Court documents state one victim will receive $124,348.76 while the other four, $3K each. If he can’t pay the restitution sum now, 10% of his future earnings after his release will be taken from each check.
The former Netflix star must also fork over $35k to the AVAA crime victims fund; however, he’s also been ordered to pay $10k to the Justice for Victims of Trafficking Act.
