Offensive lineman Willi Wascher commits to USC

The USC Trojans landed their first commitment from a 2025 offensive lineman on Friday as three-star prospect Willi Wascher made his announcement.

The 6-foot-3, 290-pound interior lineman picked up an offer from USC offensive line coach Josh Henson back in January as the Trojans were one of the first programs to jump into his recruitment. Center became a key position for the Trojans in this 2025 class following the recent announcement from Jason Zandamela that he will be entering the transfer portal when it opens next week. USC had to land a center of the future in this class and it looks like Wascher could be it.

Shortly after the offer came, Wascher had this to say about USC and the connection with Henson:

“It was really cool, [Henson] texted me if we could have a conversation and after that he explained that he loved how it looks like I love to play [football]. He said I was very explosive with my hips and had good pad level.

“I know that USC is a very good academic school,” he said. “I’ve watched them on TV, but never have been out there.”
