Manchester United target Wesley Okoduwa named on Wolves bench

Wesley Okoduwa is the player that Wolves named on their first-team bench despite him being just 15, this just shows how highly rated he is.

The right-back is an incredible prospect and has been named on the bench before, which is even more remarkable as Gary O’Neil is clearly impressed.

He’s not a deal United are imminently about to complete, but he’s one they’re very hopeful of.

It’d be some coup, with half of the country’s top sides keen, but more importantly, he would be the long-term successor to Diogo Dalot.

If signed, we’d be unlikely to see him in the first team for a while as he’d hone his craft in the U18 side and U21s.

His arrival could even secure a deadly duo to occupy United’s long-term full-back positions.

Harry Amass and Okoduwa would be sensational as a full-back pair

With Okoduwa, United could potentially have the country’s most exciting left and right-backs which might see both positions locked down for the next decade at least once they make their breakthrough.

Harry Amass is equally an exciting talent and has even been tipped as the leading candidate to become United’s 250th academy graduate as he’s been a part of the squad for a few games now.

But this pair could be absolutely wonderful, and if they reach the levels they’re tipped to have in them, we could be in for a real treat.

Possibly a full-back duo to rival any in the club’s history.
