Part of a main road is closed following a crash thought to involve at least two cars.
Police officers and paramedics are in attendance at the junction of Granville Road and Boxley Road, in Penenden Heath, near Maidstone.
Boxley Road has been partially blocked while emergency service crews work at the scene.
Pictures show the damage to the front of a black car which has been crumpled by the impact.
There are reports of heavy traffic in the area following the accident and vehicles were being turned around.
It is understood the collision happened during this afternoon's school run.
