Rolling Stones Tap Three Country Artists to Open 2024 Tour

The Rolling Stones are hitting the road for an extensive tour in 2024, and they’re taking along three of country music’s most promising rising artists as opening acts. Lainey Wilson, Tyler Childers and the War and Treaty are just three of the many artists who will open for the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers in 2024.

The Stones will kick off their ’24 Hackney Diamonds Tour in Houston on April 28. The road trek is set to run for more than 20 dates across the U.S. before wrapping up in Santa Clara, Calif., on July 17.

Childers is set to open for the Rolling Stones at their June 3 concert at Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Fla. Lainey Wilson will warm up the crowd before their show at Soldier Field in Chicago on June 30, and the War & Treaty will open the show on July 10 at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.

The Stones have tapped a lengthy and diverse roster of artists to open for them in 2024, including Gary Clark Jr., veteran soul singer Bettye Lavette, Widespread Panic, the Red Clay Strays and more. See the full list at Ultimate Classic Rock.
