The OGs of The Real Housewives of New York City top the charts when it comes to net worths and it looks like Sonja Morgan’s is set to skyrocket following the auction of her house. Sonja Morgan is selling her townhouse

We know, we know. You’ve heard it all before. But, no, really, Sonja is really selling her townhouse this time.

The Bravo star is auctioning off her Upper East Side five-story property on May 29, writes The Post.

It’s a home fans have seen more times than they can shake a stick at, and some fans are convinced Sonja had “psychological ties” to the place, per a Reddit thread, so much so that that’s why she’s holding onto it.

However, others simply think it’s a “money” thing and add their thoughts on it “not being worth the $7.5 million price tag.”

Things are different now, however, as Sonja is putting the property up for auction.

The Post writes: “The sale opens… with no minimum. Beginning bids are expected to range between $1.75 million to $3.75 million, according to Paulina Kimbel, vice president of business development at Concierge Auctions.”

An old listing from Zillow sees Sonja’s home posted online for a sale price of $7.5 million.

Sonja shows off her home

Two years ago, Sonja gave an Open House tour of her townhouse.

The star kicked off the tour by beginning in the garden where she said she “seeks peace and quiet away from her busy lifestyle.”

She boasted of how the home, built in 1890, was fabulous for entertaining, adding how it’s one of the “last gilded-age townhouse blocks in the city.”

The property has a lot of original aspects including fireplace fronts, staircases, and Versailles Parquet Flooring.”

Sonja shows off handpainted silk wallpaper, marble fireplaces, and a kitchen that “brings the outside in” during her tour.

While many of her fans agree the home is “beautiful,” some fear its location of being “next to a giant parking garage” is something that’s putting buyers off.
