Former class of 2023 Ole Miss commit Kedrick Reescano is on his way out of the program. On Tuesday, On3 learned that Reescano entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal.

The sophomore running back from New Caney, TX, a small town just north of Houston, was a highly recruited four-star recruit in the 2023 cycle. Reesecano committed to Ole Miss and head coach Lane Kiffin back in December of 2022 as the nation’s No. 7 running back recruit while ranking No. 129 nationally with an industry rating of 93.5. Reesecano was also considered the 23rd-best player to come out of the state of Texas in his recruiting cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
