The people who operate OriHime are called "OriHime pilots," and each one operates OriHime with their own voice and will. In this day and age where automation is progressing with AI robots, please enjoy the communication that occurs between people, which AI cannot do.

About our store system and store map
You can experience OriHime in the "OriHime Area."
To enter the OriHime area, you must either reserve a seat at the OriHime Diner, which is guaranteed to be available by reservation only, or purchase the admission fee on the day at the reception using a cashless payment method.
*On the day of the event, there may be long waiting times when the reception is crowded.
Recommended way to enjoy the restaurant: OriHime Diner seats (reservations required in advance)
To fully enjoy our restaurant, we recommend that you make a reservation for OriHime Diner, which requires prior reservation to ensure that a seat will be available to you.
*Customers who reserve an OriHime Diner seat can use all services within the OriHime area. (Telebarista only when in operation)
When you visit our store, please tell the large OriHime-D at the reception desk that you have a reservation.
When the time for your reservation arrives, our staff will guide you to your seat.

OriHime has started serving customers!
The OriHime pilot will explain the menu and take your order.
If you're not sure what to choose, ask an OriHime pilot for a recommendation!
OriHime-D, operated by another pilot, will bring your ordered drinks to your seat.
Please remove it slowly from the tray.
Food will be brought to you by on-site staff.

OriHime's service at the table is over.
The OriHime pilot will stay at your table for a maximum of 60 minutes. However, you will have a full 90 minutes to sit down, so feel free to take your time to enjoy your meal and chat with OriHime-D after he or she has finished bringing you your drinks!

At the bar you can order original alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
There will also be a corner where an OriHime pilot will remotely control the machine and work with customers to pour beer !
Telebarista - Enjoy a cup of coffee made with care -
OriHime pilots who have received barista training will operate the robot "NEXTAGE" to make coffee.
Even if I can't move my body or I'm far away, I want to do something for that person.
Please enjoy this heartwarming coffee that is made with this feeling.
The event will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays from 12:20-, 14:20-, and 16:20-.
