‘Elegant’ Liverpool youngster spotted in first-team training ahead of Tottenham match

Liverpool have started their preparations to face Tottenham, and there was an ‘elegant’ youngster spotted in training.

Next up for Liverpool is Tottenham Hotspur at Anfield. This will be the second to last home game under Jurgen Klopp’s leadership, but it will be a match with little at stake for the Reds.

Liverpool have pretty much all but guaranteed securing Champions League football next season. Meanwhile, they are pretty much almost mathematically out of the Premier League title race as well.

That means the last few games of the season will be just for show. It will be an opportunity to celebrate Klopp’s time at the club, and to play without any pressure.

This game against Tottenham presents an ideal opportunity for Liverpool to bounce back, and end the season on a high by beating a tough opponent.

Amara Nallo spotted in Liverpool first-team training

Ahead of the game, Liverpool were back in first team training on Thursday to prepare, with the players having been given a few days off.

Among the most notable players looking happy and full of smiles was Mohamed Salah. But there were also a few interesting youngsters spotted in training as well.

Including Kaide Gordon and James McConnell, who have both made great progress with the club this season.

There was also a young centre-back spotted in the training session by Sky Sports News’ cameras in Amara Nallo.

Who is Amara Nallo?

Amara Nallo was signed by Liverpool from West Ham United’s academy last summer. He currently plays for the club’s U21 team, but has sat on the first team bench a few times as well.

In the past, he has been described as an ‘elegant’ defender by the club’s academy coaches.

He is yet to make his debut for the first team. So if he does feature against Tottenham, it could be his Liverpool debut.
