Project to fill the Susaki shopping district with carp streamers on Children's Day
The project, which began in February in preparation for this day, featured a dyeing experience session at Hishiya Dyeing Shop in Susaki-cho, Nogata City.
This experience was attended by people of all ages, from small children to adults, and a total of 118 carp streamers were decorated.
This project, which is filled with experiences, memories, and feelings for the town, will light up the Susakimachi shopping district in Nogata until May 9th.
