Liverpool will be hopeful of getting back to winning ways this Sunday when they host Tottenham in the Premier League.
The Reds' disastrous end to the campaign saw them stumble to a 2-2 draw with West Ham United last time out, a result which followed up a humiliating 2-0 defeat to Everton in the Merseyside derby. With Liverpool having been knocked out of the Europa League by Atalanta, they have a free midweek to prepare for the visit of Spurs.
Sunday's encounter will be Jurgen Klopp's penultimate home game in charge of the Reds and he will want his incredible reign to end on a high, even if it means nothing in terms of silverware. While he does have a few injuries to contend with, including the influential Diogo Jota, the German should be able to field a strong lineup for the weekend battle.
Here is how Liverpool could line up against Tottenham at Anfield.
Liverpool predicted lineup vs Tottenham (4-3-3)
GK: Alisson - Liverpool's recent dip in form hasn't impacted the Brazilian, who has remained a consistent presence in between the sticks.
RB: Trent Alexander-Arnold - The Englishman has shown glimpses of his quality since returning from injury in recent weeks, including a stunning free-kick goal against Fulham several matches ago. His creativity is key to a Liverpool side bereft of confidence in the attacking third.
CB: Jarell Quansah - Ibrahima Konate's dreadful showing at Everton saw him dropped for Quansah at London Stadium. The 21-year-old was largely solid in the heart of defence and could earn another start at Anfield.
CB: Virgil van Dijk - Even the imperious skipper has not been at his best recently, but his established quality suggests it is merely a blip for the 32-year-old. His leadership and experience make him essential for this Liverpool side, though he is a doubt to play on Sunday having missed team training in the week.
LB: Andy Robertson \- The former Hull City defender netted a rare goal against the Hammers last time out and has been a positive presence down the left flank for a number of weeks - albeit he has not been immune to some questionable displays.
CM: Alexis Mac Allister - The World Cup winner's purple patch hasn't quite extended to the end of the season but he remains integral to Liverpool's midfield. He provides great balance between defence and attack.
CM: Wataru Endo - With Tottenham's attacking threat, Klopp can't afford to start Sunday's clash without a traditional holding midfielder. The Japan international will have his hands full with the tricky James Maddison.
CM: Ryan Gravenberch - One of the few bright sparks in recent matches, Gravenberch has been in improved form over the past few matches. He earned starts at Fulham and West Ham, scoring at Craven Cottage and showing glimpses of his brilliance.
RW: Mohamed Salah - Following his touchline spat with Klopp, Salah should be restored to the starting lineup. His form has been woeful since injury, but he remains a difference-maker for the Reds and usually turns up in big games at Anfield.
ST: Cody Gakpo - The less said about Darwin Nunez's recent form the better, with Gakpo having profited from the Uruguayan's displays. The former PSV forward has been lively in recent matches, even if he still lacks that killer instinct.
LW: Luis Diaz - One of the few players who can hold their head up high after recent games, the Colombian has struck the woodwork in the last two matches. He will fancy a goal against Spurs - and one that counts this time.
