Daisy starred in a music video before The Bachelor

Daisy starred in a music video in 2021 which went viral on TikTok. The video first resurfaced and circulated online near the beginning of season 28 of The Bachelor but has since been doing the rounds again.

She was a featured singer on rapper Abe$ song, Sundown, singing the lyrics, “I heard you’ve been around my way. Thinkin’ ‘bout it every damn day. What you wanna do with me now?”

The rest of the lyrics hear Daisy sing, “Think you’ve got to figure it out. I’ve been trying to see you through. Baby, I’m in love with you. I think we got to work it out. I’m hurt you’re not around.”

Some of rapper Abe$’s lyrics shocked fans, even though Daisy’s lyrics sounded like a typical break-up song in the music video. The musician is heard rapping, “I think I’m better and I don’t give a f*** now.”

He continues rapping, “Said you can lick on my s**k. Suck my n**s now.” When fans discovered the music video, they were outraged by the lyrics, with even Daisy admitting she was a “little bit” shocked, too.

“I remember my mom was like, ‘Oh this is interesting.’ I called my mom laughing to say ‘The music video I was on with Brandon is going viral and people are saying so much stuff,'” she told Bachelor Nation.

Star explains story behind the gig

Daisy revealed on Bachelor Nation how the rapper is one of her best friends she’s known since fifth grade. They would always make music together, as she played piano growing up.

Abe$ had asked her to be on the music video, which she agreed to.

“I thought people were probably going to see everything online, I honestly didn’t think people would have that big of a reaction,” she said.

Daisy continued, “It was funny because all of my hometown friends are all like, laughing about it, because honestly, most people weren’t mean, they were just like, ‘Oh my god, this is so out of pocket’.”
