According to Matt Zenitz of 247Sports, former Ohio State wide receiver Kyion Grayes is expected to transfer to Cal. Grayes is heading back to the West Coast but will continue his college career with the Golden Bears in the ACC.
The last action Grayes saw came during the 2022 season as a true freshman. Two appearances resulted in one reception for two yards as he decided to take a redshirt. However, the wide receiver did not receive any playing time during the 2023 season.
Grayes played high school football at Chandler (AZ) High School, where he was a four-star prospect. He was the No. 104 overall recruit in the 2022 cycle, according to the On3 Industry Ranking, a weighted average that utilizes all four major recruiting media companies.
