The WNBA’s Chicago Sky just revealed some unfortunate news about one of their top picks from the 2024 WNBA Draft. On Monday, according to Nancy Armour of USA Today, Chicago announced that they would be shelving their top pick from this year’s draft, former South Carolina big Kamilla Cardoso, for an extended period of time.
“Chicago Sky just announced Kamilla Cardoso will be out at least 4-6 weeks with that shoulder injury from Friday night’s game,” Armour via X.
