New Jersey restaurant lets TV crew film despite 'all the fights' and 'parking lot chases'

RHONJ visited one of their favorite restaurants in NJ: Rails Steakhouse restaurant. However, fans are confused as to why the eatery owner is letting them film there after “all the fights” and “chases”.

From that table flip in The Real Housewives of New Jersey season 1, to the parking lot chases in later seasons, Rails Steakhouse has quickly become a popular filming location for the Bravo show.

Rails Steakhouse invites RHONJ – again

Despite the RHONJ cast members throwing plates and causing a scene in Rails Steakhouse, the restaurant owners continue to let Bravo return to film at their popular eatery, and returned for season 14.

At one point, Kim ran through the restaurant barefoot, before being chased in the parking lot. Situated next to the railway line, the restaurant are even promoting the drama that took place on Instagram.

They even have the glass door still up despite the former fights on their turf. Dolores Catania is sat at the restaurant table in the promo, while those watching hear a producer ask, “How did it ever come to this?”

Fights and parking lot chases

Rails Steakhouse in NJ have always been a popular establishment in the area. However, their constant invitations to RHONJ confuse fans as they “break your property on your property”.

Dolores revealed the argument in the restaurant is “the finale of a lot of relationships” in a US Weekly interview. There was broken glass left all over the floor after their season 14 fight.

Dolores seemingly yells, “You f***ing lying c***,” to her co-star Margaret Josephs. A producer proceeds to ask Dolores, “In one word, how did the sit-down go?” to which she replies, “Horrible.”

‘Bravo must pay a pretty penny’

RHONJ viewers are convinced Bravo “must pay a pretty penny” when it comes to hiring restaurants and other locations for filming, even if it comes with huge risk such as a fight breaking out.

A fan said, “My only takeaway is how the heck does Rails Steakhouse still allow them to film in there after all the fights, parking lot chases. It’s not like they need advertising so Bravo must pay a pretty penny.”

Another wrote, “I mean it’s an expensive steakhouse in Morristown NJ. There’s nothing else around it. But ultimately it just makes me laugh because it’s like the only place that welcomes them back.”
