'Greek God' TV star turns fans' heads standing four feet taller than co-star

Jeremy Clarkson is vacuuming blackberries, growing mushrooms, raising piglets, and holding competitions during the all-new season of Clarkson’s Farm. While he may have made his name in the motoring world, Jeremy has now switched gears to farming. More cast members on the show including Andy Cato have pivoted away from their old careers to living off the land, too.

Over the past three years, Amazon Prime viewers have grown to love Jeremy Clarkson and his farming team. He works alongside Kaleb Cooper, Gerald Cooper, and his partner, Lisa Hogan. Joining the show in season 3 is music star Andy. Fans hail the newbie a “Greek God” as his towering height turns heads.

Clarkson’s Farm: Andy Cato height

During Clarkson’s Farm season 3, Andy is introduced to farm manager, Kaleb, as “one-half of Groove Armada.”

Andy and Tom Findlay are members of the electronic music band who rose to fame with hits such as Superstylin’ and I See You Baby.

The musicians joined forces with model and TV presenter George Lamb to found Wildfarmed with Andy in 2018. Since then, they’ve built up their customer base to include the likes of Marks and Spencer.

Since the first batch of episodes dropped on May 3, some viewers of the show have been taking to X (Twitter) to comment on how tall Andy Cato appears.

Andy, who was born in Yorkshire, stands at 6 ft 8 making him four feet taller than Jeremy Clarkson.

When Tom Findlay described meeting Andy in the mid-nineties he said Andy was a “giant,” per Double J.

Andy opted out of the ‘system’

While George explained how his pivot from the entertainment world to agriculture emerged on a night out in Ibiza, Andy decided he wanted to start farming after reading a news article.

He was on the road from a gig in 2006 and saw an article about industrial food production. The moment changed his life forever as he decided he didn’t want to “rely on the system” anymore, writes Financial Times.

“Before long I’d read a book on the subject, which ended with the line, ‘If you don’t like the system, don’t depend on it’,” he told FT.

Andy’s farm life began simply by growing vegetables in his garden. From there, he and his partners have become a huge success and “aspire to sell their flour to Greggs.”
