Justin and Hailey Bieber 'didn't want to rush' into having a baby so they could enjoy married life

Hailey Bieber "didn't want to rush" having a baby with Justin Bieber.

The 27-year-old model has been married to 'Peaches' singer Justin, 30, since 2018 and the couple recently announced that they are expecting their first child together but an insider has now claimed that they wanted to enjoy married life together.

A source told Us Weekly: "Although she always knew she wanted to have a baby, she didn’t want to rush things after getting married. She wanted to make sure they could enjoy their alone time together as a couple."

The insider also claimed that Hailey - who is six months pregnant - found it "difficult" to keep the news to herself for so long but is "on cloud nine" now that it is out in the world.

The source said: "This was such a difficult secret to keep because Hailey couldn’t wait to make the big announcement. Now that it’s out there she feels like she’s on cloud nine. Hailey can’t wait for the next chapter and she knows that Justin is going to make an amazing father."

Hailey first announced the news of her pregnancy with an Instagram post, where she is seen showing off her growing baby bump in a series of photos taken while they renewed their wedding vows.

Among a series of behind-the-scenes snaps, Hailey is seen wearing a white, lace dress that highlights her baby bump while Justin, 30, takes a photo of his wife.

The loved-up couple - who have been married since 2018 - have never made any secret of their desire to have children one day, and a source has revealed that Hailey and Justin are both "thrilled" by the news.

The insider told 'Entertainment Tonight': "Hailey and Justin are thrilled to be expecting a baby together.

"They have wanted this for a long time and can't wait to expand their family and bring a child into the world."
