Leida Margaretha from 90 Day Fiance has been charged with a felony three times. It comes just three months after she divorced TLC co-star, Eric, in February, and a year after her shocking arrest.
The 90 Day Fiance star was charged with theft in a business setting, wire fraud against a financial institution and bail jumping in Juneau County, Wisconsin, on May 8, as per legal records.

Leida from 90 Day Fiance is being charged with three felonies. She was charged with theft in a business setting, wire fraud against a financial institution and bail jumping in Juneau County, Wisconsin.
Margaretha was arrested in October 2023 for theft and wire fraud after being suspected of stealing thousands of dollars from her workplace. The charges from that arrest have been upgraded to a felony.
Since then, she’s been charged with jumping bail. “Like every criminal defendant in the United States, Ms. Margaretha is presumed innocent of any and all charges against her,” Margaretha’s attorney told InTouch.
Leida divorced Eric in February
Leida divorced Eric in February 2024, but she confused long-time viewers when she posted loved-up pics with him afterwards, because the divorce filing was dismissed eight days later on February 20.
She introduced her relationship with Eric on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé in 2018. After meeting on an international dating website, Margaretha moved from Indonesia to Eric’s small Wisconsin hometown.
The pair tied the knot in 2017, despite opposition from Eric’s daughter, Alari Stark. Leida kicked Alari out of the two-bedroom apartment she shared with her dad to make room for her young son.
Throwback to 90 Day Fiance fame
Leida became famous on 90 Day Fiance five years ago, when she allowed cameras to follow her overseas, long-distance relationship with Eric, who is now her ex-husband after their divorce.
The two faced several issues while she lived in Indonesia at 29 years old, such as when she felt Eric wasn’t making her a priority in his life. However, they went on to get married and remained together for years.
