Erling Haaland

  • Fixture: West Ham (H); Predicted Points: 8.7

Erling Haaland looks to have secured the Golden Boot after seven goals in his last three gameweeks took him up to 27 for the season. His clinical finishing will be needed on the final day, with Manchester City able to retain the Premier League title with a win against West Ham United.

Haaland has a great record against the Irons, scoring every time he's faced them in the Premier League. He's the best captain pick for managers looking to protect their rank or mini-league lead - but for some of us, we don't have that luxury!

Mohamed Salah

  • Fixture: Wolves (H); Predicted Points: 7.5

Mohamed Salah presents an interesting captaincy case for the final day, with speculation swirling over his Liverpool future. There will be an electric atmosphere at Anfield as the club say farewell to manager Jurgen Klopp after almost nine seasons.

It's been a disappointing second half of the season for Salah, marred by a rare injury absence following the Africa Cup of Nations. However, he produced a double-digit haul in the reverse fixture against Wolves and in Liverpool's most recent home game.

Cole Palmer

  • Fixture: Bournemouth (H); Predicted Points: 6.2

Chelsea's Cole Palmer looks set to finish the season as the highest scoring player in FPL, which is quite remarkable given he was in fewer than 15,000 teams in Gameweek 1 and priced at just £5.0m.

Palmer has produced 34 goal involvements for the campaign, including two goals and two assists in the last four gameweeks. He has a leading ten double-digit hauls for the season and hasn't blanked at Stamford Bridge this calendar year.
