It was 2016. Trump wasn’t president yet, nobody had heard of Covid-19 and Subway sandwiches were still $3. The Bleachealla era was certainly a different time.

7. The ‘I Heart T.S.’ Tom Hiddleston snaps

Only real ones remember the T-Swift Tom Hiddleston era, a sweet, if brief moment in time, which was capped off by Taylor showing a snap of Hiddleston wearing an “I heart T.S.” vest on her main Instagram. Can you imagine her posting something like that to her 284 million followers now?

8. The iconic ‘blue dress on a boat’ picture

A deeper cut for the true fans, the ‘blue dress on a boat picture’, supposedly taken moments after her breakup with Harry Styles, could have been one of the sadder moments of her career. But in true Swifty style, the Eras Tour star flipped the sad moment and turned it into a cutting lyric on a reflective track, which was eventually released from the vaults years after the pair’s breakup.

While all the eyes in the world were on their private box, Taylor and Ice Spice would have been forgiven for trying to act cool during the Super Bowl celebrations earlier this year. Thankfully, they didn’t. Just look at them go!

10. Everything about the Look What You Made Me Do video

With a whole host of music videos to pick from, one of the more popular shouts on the subreddit was Look What You Made Me Do.

And finally, arguably Taylor’s most unhinged moment (in a good way!), and without a doubt the most commonly suggested moment on the thread, came way back in 2008. While typically quite reserved about her personal relationships, in interviews at least, Swift decided to switch things up – and publically outed the middle Jonas brother for dumping her via text – a daring moment that would set the trend of Swift not standing for any nonsense for the next two decades.
