What West Ham fans chanted about Declan Rice right after Manchester City won the Premier League

West Ham United fans aimed a chant at Arsenal star Declan Rice after watching Manchester City secure the Premier League title today.

Declan Rice was relying on a favour from his former side but West Ham fell to a 3-1 defeat at the Etihad Stadium.

It means the Premier League title will remain in Manchester for at least another year while Rice has missed out on silverware in his debut season at Arsenal.

The 25-year-old captained the Hammers to a Europa League Conference title last term but received a mixed reception on his return to the London Stadium this season.

And West Ham’s away fans were keen to mock their former skipper at the Etihad today.

What Rice did at full-time after Arsenal beat Everton

Arsenal’s 2-1 victory over the Toffees wasn’t enough to secure their first title in 20 years.

Arteta’s men understandably looked devastated after the game, with Kai Havertz spotted in tears after netting the winning goal.

Rice also looked gutted after the result and was spotted with his hands on his hips while walking around the pitch by himself.

It has been a bittersweet season for the England star, who has deservedly earned plenty of plaudits after an excellent start to life at Arsenal.

He will have the opportunity to pick up silverware this summer with England though as Gareth Southgate bids to deliver success at the Euros in Germany.
