For Kyle Larson, the night is just getting started. He has now made his way to North Wilkesboro after Indy 500 qualifying. In order to make it happen, Larson took two helicopter rides and flew on a private jet to the NASCAR track.

Fans were waiting patiently for Kyle Larson to arrive. Like the rockstar that he is, he flew to the North Wilkesboro track in a helicopter along with Jeff Gordon. As they landed at the track, the NASCAR fans were sent cheering.

Every time he made a little appearance on pit road or on the way to his FOX interview, they gave him a cheer. Larson talked with the FOX guys about the flight over and his expectations for the All-Star Race.

“That’s cool, I did. There was a lot of fans out there waiting,” Larson said. “That was special. Everything at Indy has been really really special too with the fans. Showed up here, the front stretch caught me kinda walking down to get in the trailer and cheered again. It’s been really cool. It’s been really neat to see kind of all the eyes on us throughout these last two weeks now.”

When asked about the race itself, Larson felt that Kevin Harvick had done enough to get his car ready for tonight’s race. Just have to get in the car and see.

“I looked at a lot of SMT of yours [Harvick] and others and I was watching the broadcast when it started and it looks edgy for the first handful of laps,” Kyle Larson continued. “Typically I feel that repaves are that way. So, yeah, I mean I have to build into it a little bit but the leaders will be coming fairly quickly so you can’t get too complacent back there.

“I think it sounds like Cliff and the team made some good adjustments off of what you guys worked through and I think we’ll be in a good spot to hopefully start the race. But it’s a totally different race track than when I was here last year so gonna have to learn that quickly.”

So, what do you think? Is Kyle Larson ready to win his fourth All-Star Race of his career? He leads the NASCAR Cup Series in points. When he lines up tonight he will have a shot at that $1,000,000 prize. So far today he’s qualified P5 in the Indy 500, could he have more in his future?

Larson has a chance at history. This week and next week.
