Guy Moussi has raved about one Nottingham Forest player who has seriously impressed him during the 2023/24 campaign.
The curtain came down on the season yesterday as Forest defeated Burnley 2-1 at Turf Moor.
Chris Wood scored twice and then received praise from two teammates as the Reds survived relegation again.
The season on the whole was pretty drab, with Forest enduring a four-point deduction that had seriously threatened their Premier League status.
Now, the team can look forward to another season in the top flight – and Moussi has been impressed with one player.

Now, he’s seen his stock rise considerably, with several clubs considering a move for Murillo this summer.
Forest might be forced into the sale of one of their top players during the transfer window and the 21-year-old is going to be a future star.
Moussi has enjoyed watching Murillo grow at Forest and thinks he’s really showcased his class this season.
The former Reds star told the Garibaldi Red podcast: “He’s a really good player, I really like him.
“He’s calm on the ball, he’s composed and he’s very technical.
“At the time last summer, Forest was the best place to be for him. I think he’s a really great player and he’s got huge potential.”
Murillo will fetch significant profit if he’s sold
At £10 million, the defender might just go down as one of the best signings that Forest has ever made.
The club’s recruitment policy has been criticised in the past but for last summer’s business, they deserve credit behind the scenes.
Murillo has started every Premier League game for Forest since he made his debut against Brentford in October.
The player has showcased many fine performances and his valuation will have skyrocketed at the City Ground.
Forest will still have financial fair play hanging over them this summer and at least one sale will be necessary.
If it does need to be Murillo, expect Forest to rake in the millions and make a significant profit on the Brazilian superstar.
