Thanksgiving Karaage Fillo Cup
Ingredients (Serves 4)
□ 8 pieces Day-Lee Pride’s Karaage Chicken □ 8 prebaked mini fillo shells □ 1/2 cup cranberry sauce □ 3 orange segments □ 3-4 blanched green beans □ 2 sliced orange
Directions
1. Cook Day-Lee Pride’s Karaage Chicken according to the instructions on the back of the package.
2. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and cook frozen prebaked mini fillo shells for 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Chop orange segments and mix with cranberry sauce.
4. Slice blanched green beans diagonally.
5. Cut sliced orange into 6 segments.
6. Fill each fillo shell with 1 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce, top with karaage chicken and garnish with green bean slices.
7. Give final touch by topping each karaage with a piece of cranberry and orange slice segment.
