Skullcandy launches its first headphones with active noise cancelation

On Thursday, Skullcandy revealed the latest member of its Crusher series: the Crusher ANC over-ear headphones.

Skullcandy has unveiled its latest set of over-ear, wireless headphones with allegedly "personalized" noise canceling, the Crusher ANC headphones.

According to the company, users' listening experiences are tailored "to [their] unique hearing" via adjustable Sensory Bass, active noise cancellation, and personal sound.

In other Skullcandy models, Sensory Bass has been known to literally vibrate the headphones and therefore the wearer's head; If that's not your cup of tea, though, you can adjust it to fit your preferences.

The ANC feature monitors the user's surroundings to adjust the amount of noise cancellation. Finally, using the Skullcandy app, Crusher ANC owners can take an audio test to create Personal Sound profile which will be saved to the headphones. This ensures that each wearer can enjoy a unique listening experience designed specifically for them.

The Skullcandy Crusher ANC headphones are available as of Thursday for $319.99.
