How to Enjoy the Cafe
At this cafe, you can enjoy a fantastic view that combines the majestic tenshukaku tower of Osaka Castle and beautiful, multicolor fall foliage together with great food and sweets from Osaka.
The cafe has kotatsu (heated table covered with futon) seating so that travelers to Japan can have a uniquely Japanese winter experience. A kotatsu is a natural gathering place for families in the winter, and at BLUE BIRDS ROOF TOP TERRACE, you can get a sense of how Japanese families spend their time together on a cold winter night.

The cafe has standard cafe fare, such as coffees and teas, as well as meals such as Osaka Castle Curry and Tenmusu (onigiri with shrimp tempura filling) along with sweets only available here such as the Osaka Castle Roll Cake. There are also monthly events, such as the Fall Flavors Fair to savor fresh fall flavors, a Beef vs. Seafood event to enjoy a "battle" between different types of nabe pot dishes, as well as weekly events that supplement these events. This is a wonderful place to create lasting memories with a view of the majestic tenshukaku tower of Osaka Castle seen in the clear fall and winter air.

In Japan, New Year means it's mochi time! Why not got out for the first New Year of the Reiwa era for a novel experience? There are New Year events such as mochi pounding.
◯Jan 10th - 31st A Yokocho Opens at Blue Bird
The Chinese New Year is celebrated with two themes: "Warmth" with warming dishes such as oden (a pot dish) and "Kushi"(skewer) with beef skewers. A new brew of sake, Shiboritate, is offered at the same time. Shiboritate was prepared in the freezing cold winter with a new crop of rice harvested in the fall and is bottled as pure, unpasteurized sake. This is a great opportunity to enjoy this traditional sake with seasonal flavors of the winter and early spring.

Setsubun began as cleansing ceremonies held based on the belief that evil spirits appear at the change of the season.
