About Shibuya Scramble Square
Shibuya Scramble Square, directly connected to Shibuya Station, is a large-scale complex that houses a total of 212 shops, including an observatory with a panoramic view of the metropolis, and the first branches in Japan of shops and restaurants from overseas. Open for now is the East Wing, a 47-story building that boasts being the tallest building in the Shibuya area. The West Wing and Central Wing are scheduled to open in 2028.

Shibuya Scramble Square can be broadly divided into four floors.
[Shops/Restaurants]
The 2nd basement floor to the 14th floor aboveground are filled with rows of a wide array of branded shops that range from casual to luxury. There is also a long list of hot gourmet restaurants, including Moheji, a veteran shop that has been making and selling Tokyo’s famous dish called monja (a loose version of okonomiyaki) for roughly 150 years since it was founded, and the popular sushi restraint, Sushi Matsue.
[Co-creation Facility SHIBUYA QWS (pronounced "queues")]
The 15th floor houses event spaces and workspaces. It is a creative space where people with various backgrounds gather and work together on any type of project under the theme of "question".

The 17th to 45th floors are home to a large number of companies.
[Observation Facility SHIBUYA SKY]
From the 45th floor to the rooftop, you will find SHIBUYA SKY, an observation deck that had attracted a lot of attention even before it was opened. Make sure to drop by this spot when you visit Shibuya Scramble Square.

Enjoy a panoramic view of the big city from the tallest building in Shibuya! There are many ways to enjoy this spot, such as sunbathe in the open area when the weather is nice or admire the beautiful view at night that you can only find in a metropolitan city! Admission fees are as follows.

Recommended Activity 2: A Collection of Japanese Goods! Buy Souvenirs at Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten
If you want to buy souvenirs, then make sure to drop by Nakagawa Masashichi Shoten on the 11th floor. This shop offers a selection of around 4,000 Japanese-style items, such as the Sakura Bath Salt (1,540 JPY (incl. tax)) that has petals of cherry blossoms inside, and the traditional Japanese craft Aritayaki no Hirazara (flat dish made of Arita porcelain) (4,180 JPY (incl. tax)).
Recommended Activity 3: Savor Exquisite Tempura at Tempura Tentora
If you feel like eating tempura, one of the dishes that best represent Japanese cuisine, then you have to check out Tempura Tentora on the 13th floor. Here, you can enjoy tempura that uses fresh seafood and ingredients in season. Tempura also goes really well with alcoholic drinks! It's easy to just stop by, so you can even visit for a snack when you are just a bit hungry.
