There has been rumors say who will and who will not be participating. Some of these rumors consist of Doncic and Young participating in the Three Point Contest. One confirmed participant is Chicago Bulls’ guard Zach Lavine. This is the first time he will be attending the Three Point Contest. Lavine is averging 24.9 points per game and 28 points per game in January. This is a career high for the former Dunk Contest Champion. He is shooting 37.4% from behind the arc, if Lavine wins the three point contest, he will be the first player ever to win both a Dunk Contest and Three Point Contest in their career.

Aaron Gordan (Orlando), and Derrick Jones Jr. (Miami) have committed to the Dunk Contest, and Dwight Howard (Los Angeles) has officially accepted his invitation.
