Here are the requirements for this WFP (work-from-paradise) offer, as announced by Barbados' Government Information Service and Bermuda's Ministry of Labor.

All applicants must be over the age of 18 and have health insurance.
You have to prove you’re formally employed or enrolled in a school outside Bermuda.
You’ll have to prove that your income is enough to sustain you for the entire time of your stay without seeking employment on the island. (This is in order to look after the local residents who need those jobs.)
In order to enter Bermuda or Barbados, you must present the negative results of a COVID-19 test, taken within 72 hours of your departure.
You also must agree to wear a face mask while in public spaces, and “demonstrate good character.” Remember, you will be there to work and enjoy the weather, not party it up like a spring breaker.

Although these islands have very few positive Covid-19 cases, they have been affected economically by the pandemic, as they are heavily dependent on the tourism industry.
