Sarah Ferguson's birthday tribute to Princess Beatrice

The Duchess of York is the mother of Princess Beatrice, and as her daughter turned 32 years old, the royal took to social media to share a touching birthday message.

Sarah stated in the post that giving birth to Beatrice "was one of the greatest" moments of her life.

She wrote: "Happy Happy Birthday My Dearest Beatrice. 8.8.88 at 8.18pm was one of the greatest and most proud moments of my life. You are unique and simply one of the most special people on this planet. Your ever loving and devoted Mum"
