A man has broken the world record for the longest time spent in ice.
Austrian Josef Koeberl spent more than two hours in a giant glass box filled with ice cubes.
Josef beat the previous benchmark by 30 minutes and credited his positive mental attitude for his achievement.
He said: "I'm fighting the pain by visualising and drawing on positive emotions so I can dampen this wave of pain. That way I can endure."
Koeberl admits that it felt "great" to have the sun beating down on him after his record-breaking effort.
He said: "I'll manage to put my socks on myself. The first thing that has to warm up are your feet."
